Roof repairs in Colchester cover a wider spread of roof than anywhere else we work, because Roman, medieval, Victorian and brand-new stock sit within a mile of each other. On North Hill and East Hill the Victorian terraces share party-wall parapets and box gutters, so one blocked or split gutter leaks into two houses at the same time and neither owner can fix it alone.
