“Tommy and his team were excellent workers, they replaced my flat roof on my extension, removed spray foam from my loft, and replaced my roof with a new one, also releaded a chimney and removed a chimney. Very friendly team, cleaned up after themselves every day.”

Roofing services in Ipswich and across Suffolk fall into six areas of work. Most people arrive here knowing the symptom rather than the job, so each page below starts with what actually causes that symptom before it gets anywhere near a price.
Not sure which one you need?
A stain on a bedroom ceiling is usually a failed lead flashing rather than a missing tile. A puddle on a garage roof is usually a fall problem rather than a membrane problem. Water coming in during wind but not in still rain is almost always perished underlay. Call and describe it, and we will tell you which page you are on before anyone comes out.

What you actually get in writing
Most roofers say "guaranteed" and leave it there. Here is exactly what ours covers, and exactly what it does not, before you commit to anything.

- Manufacturer warranty on the materials, on top of ours

Straight answers
Common questions
How long does a typical roof project take?
A focused repair is usually a single visit. A flat roof replacement is two to four days. A full domestic re-roof is four to seven working days once scaffold is up. You get the programme in writing before we start.
Do you supply the materials too?
Yes. Materials, scaffold, skips and disposal are all included in the written quote, itemised so you can see what each part costs.
What if it rains during a re-roof?
We only strip what we can make watertight the same day and the roof is sheeted overnight. That is why we work in sections rather than stripping the whole roof on day one.
Do you take card payments?
Yes, cards are accepted. Larger jobs are staged against agreed milestones rather than paid up front.
