This notice covers Stormproof Roofing (Cambs) Ltd., trading as Stormproof Roofing, and this website.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, postcode, the service you selected and anything you type in the message box. We also record which page the form was submitted from, along with any advertising click identifiers present in the page address, so we can tell which advertising actually produces work.

Why we collect it

To call you back and quote the job you asked about. That is the only reason. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can deal with follow-up questions and guarantee claims. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years for tax and guarantee purposes.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Ads measurement tags to record which advertising leads to enquiries. These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time; the site works normally without them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@stormproofroofing.co.uk and we will action it within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
